Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 6, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a crime, such as violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., at the Busan District Court on May 9, 2014, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 9, 2014.

On October 29, 2013, the Defendant, without a driver's license, driven approximately 2 km distance on the side of the mountain intersection located in the Sosan-dong in Busan Metropolitan City, from the parallel road located in the Sosan-dong of Busan to the front of the same horse.
