A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than four years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 6, 2016, the Defendant driving a DNA car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.220% from the 4km section to the front road of the Republic of Korea, a stock company located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., U.S., U.S. 1-2, to the 685 U.S.-gu, U.S. Northern-gu, U.S. (D.) in the influence of alcohol content of about 0.220% from the 4km section to the 0.220% alcohol level.

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a DNA franchise in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Escape).

At the time of the day set forth in Paragraph 1, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol, as described in Paragraph 1 at the time of the day set forth in paragraph 1, and continued to drive the Felel road in front of the Felel E in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, at the seat of the police box, at the seat of about 60 km.
