Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who intends to run the business of manufacturing or processing unregistered foods or food additives, shall make a registration with the competent authority by type of business or place of business;
