On April 10, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime from around 18:00 to around 20:00 on April 10, 2018, at the “D” restaurant operated by the victim C located in Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, the Defendant: (a) opened and intrudes the victim’s multiple-use rooms using the gaps in which the management of the victim was neglected; and (b) cut off the victim’s market price of 5,00 won at a large amount of 5,00 won at the market price of 3,00 won at the market price; (c) one shamp of 3,000 won at the market price; and (d) one shamp of 2,000 won at the market price; and (e) one shamp of 3,000 won at the market price; and (e) one 1,3,000 won at the market price; and (e) one 1,200 won at the market price.

2. On May 1, 2018, the Defendant, at around 10:32, the G parking lot operated by the victim F in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, on May 1, 2018, the Defendant stolen the Defendant with a total of 15,000 won, including one tax system and one string amounting to KRW 7,000, the market price of the victim’s ownership located in the parking lot using a creb in the victim’s presence.
