The punishment of the accused shall be determined by two years of imprisonment.

Criminal facts

On January 14, 2016, the Daegu High Court was sentenced to a punishment of one year and six months (two years of suspended execution) for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Juveniles from Sexual Abuse.

This decision is confirmed on January 22, 2016, and is currently under suspension of execution.
