1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 201, Defendant A, while working as a member store of the “D” site, which is a private sports soil site, was offered 20% of the profits earned from the members on the face of the State by attracting its members. Defendant A received a proposal and agreed to comply with it.

Accordingly, the Defendant was awarded the domain name of a franchise store and recommended code such as “F”, “G”, etc., which can connect the above site from a member of the city in Busan, and had a person known to the general public enter the site, and had him/her gain money by predicting the results of the games in the form of a game in the form of a national and overseas stable, camping district, and farm game in the country and outside the country, a day-to-day game, a hand-off, and a social game.

From that time to October 2011, the Defendant acted as a member store of the above site in collusion with E, etc. to open gambling and committed acts similar to the issuance of sports betting tickets.

2. From April 20, 201 to May 30, 201, Defendant B deposited KRW 106,960,000 in the website’s account through one bank account (the account number: J) after opening an online private sports soil entertainment site opened and operated via the Internet, and deposited KRW 106,960,000 in the same amount as indicated in the separate crime list, and deposited the corresponding game money in the outcome of various domestic sports games, and carried out a private sports entertainment entertainment by receiving a certain percentage of dividends depending on whether it is fit.
