Article 2(Scope of Business) (1) Defendant B District Housing Association shall delegate to D the affairs of selling the said objects, and D shall act on behalf of D in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in this Agreement.

Article 3 (Period of Contract) (1) The period of service under this contract shall be from the date of the conclusion of the contract for sales agency services to the date of completion of sale.

Provided, That where the sale rate does not reach the sale rate even during the service period, the contract period may be reduced and the contract may be rescinded.
