1. The sentence against the accused shall be determined by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and a fine of thirty million won;

2. The above fine shall be imposed on the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant had had registered food manufacturing and processing business at the time of permanent residence with the name of “D” located in the first floor of permanent residence C, and had purchased red ginseng concentrate on the raw materials, added high-value high-priced mortgage (peeped peep), local lusium concentration in China, and middle-generation domestic blus concentration in manufacturing and selling red ginseng concentrate products with the trade name of “red red ginseng concentrate in which the trade name of the transaction partner of E and OEM is entered.”

No person shall place any false, exaggerated or secret labelling or advertisement with regard to the names, manufacturing methods, quality or nutrition labelling of foods, etc., genetically modified foods, etc. and the indication of food traceability.

Nevertheless, around May 11, 2012, the Defendant indicated that “six-year period, domestically red ginseng, 10%” in containers and packaging boxes of the product, and indicated “six-year period, 100%” as “six-year period, 100% local red ginseng,” and indicated “10-10%” in the container and packing boxes of the product, and indicated “498,255,000 won in total as indicated in the attached list of crimes,” or “498,25,000 won in total as red ginseng products” and “an advertisement of red ginseng products” and “OEM”, which are red ginseng products with a total of 1054 times in total, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
