1. The Defendant committed the following acts at H University I, accessed victims who wish to be employed by his child, and received false statements as if they would employ their children as H University faculty members, and received money and valuables from the victims under the pretext of school development fund, etc.

On February 25, 2015, the Defendant, at the trade infinite Police Station, 165-12, Gosan-ro, Gasan-ro, 165-12, took place to the victim D as if he/she was I of H University. “The president of H University in this year changed to a part that he/she well knows, and work to issue money as soon as possible to have his/her child employed until March 15, 2015 as H University faculty members.

On February 27, 2015, the Defendant was transferred KRW 50 million to the account in the name of the Defendant’s mother, to the account in the name of the former J (K) on February 27, 2015, as well as from around that time to February 14, 2017, the Defendant was transferred KRW 400 million in total from the total nine damage to the account in the name of the said J or to the account in the name of the Defendant’s mother, as described in the attached list of crimes (i.e., “defation in the name of school development fund, business promotion fund, and teaching expense” in the first half of the year 9).

2. On October 2015, the Defendant, at the victim M’s office located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L 1108, is responsible for the Secretary General of the Committee on the Development of H University, I going to leave the victim.

H makes a false statement with the president of H University to the effect that “A person who talks with the president and school-related persons will be appointed as a full-time professor of the N University and will bring about necessary expenses.”
