Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2018, the Defendant driven a B-L motor vehicle at a distance equivalent to about 2 km from the front road of the 35th end point located at the Haak-dong, Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, in the condition of alcohol content of 0.14% in alcohol during blood transfusion.
