Punishment of the crime

On February 12, 2016, while the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.196% at around 09:00, the Defendant driven a 14-lane 8 main apartment complex in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, with approximately 10 meters from the road in the 14-lane 8 main apartment complex.
