The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The Defendant and the victim B (the age of 49) are legal couples.

around 01:00 on August 29, 2017, the Defendant took part in a dispute about the suicide in 2016 at the Defendant’s residential room located in Madodo, where the Defendant’s wife had committed suicide in 2016, and the Defendant took part in the victim’s humb, “Y hump hum humb hum humb hum humb. h. h. h. h. k. k. k. k. k. k. k. k. k. k. k. k. k. k. k. k. k. k. k., k. k. k. k. k.) with the Defendant’s k.h. k. k. k. k. k. k.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

2. The record of this case reveals that the Defendant died on March 23, 2018, prior to the prosecution of this case.

Thus, the public prosecution of this case is null and void in violation of the provisions of law, and it is so decided as per Disposition by Article 327 subparagraph 2 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
