A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
When the defendant introduced the victim C to purchase shares together with B, he received a higher price than the actual price per share from the victim, and paid only the actual share price to the seller, and conspired to divide the difference.
