Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] The Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Southern District Court on January 23, 2006, and was sentenced on July 12, 2012 by the Seoul Southern District Court on July 12, 2012, and was sentenced one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Southern District Court on September 25, 2013 and was sentenced to six times of punishment for larceny.

【Criminal Facts】

At around 10:00 on November 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) cut off the establishment of a crime prevention window on the door door, using a nicker prepared in advance; (b) entered the victim’s house beyond its windows; (c) went into the victim’s house; (d) went out and stolen foreign currency 200,000 square meters (Korean currency 2.60,000 square meters) owned by the victim from that time until August 10, 2015, the Defendant stolen or attempted to steals the victims’ property worth KRW 20,495,000 total market price of 15 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen or attempted to steals the victims' property 15 times.
