1. The Defendant’s compulsory execution against the Plaintiff is based on the Seoul Southern District Court Decision 2017Gaso29024 Decided November 22, 2017.

Since there is no dispute between the parties that the obligation entered in the order has been fully extinguished due to the defendant's seizure and collection of the obligation, compulsory execution based on the above judgment shall be rejected.

The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the ground of its reasoning, and the burden of litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff, taking into account the fact that the above obligation was extinguished on February 21, 2020 after the plaintiff's lawsuit and the defendant had no choice but to continue compulsory execution, it is decided as per Disposition.
