Basic Facts

The plaintiff is a corporation with the purpose of manufacturing clothes and wholesale and retailing, and the defendant is a corporation with the purpose of processing textile salt.

On April 15, 2019, the Plaintiff received a request from C (hereinafter “C”) for the production and supply of a finished product of 2,000 punishment for poly Estezines upper and lower parts of polystezines (hereinafter “instant clothing”).
