A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 28, 2018, around 09:06, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car without the driver’s license at approximately 1.3 km from the street of Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu to the street of around 233 117 New-ro Transport Vehicle from the street of Yangcheon-gu, Seoul to the street of the 117 New-ro Transportation Vehicle.

Two times the criminal records of driving without obtaining a license for the reason of sentencing under Article 62-2 of the Criminal Act, driving of alcohol and special circumstances are once the criminal records of the law (unlicensed driving vehicles), the circumstances of driving, the circumstances of detection, the age of the accused, sexual behavior, environment, etc. shall be considered.
