A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From July 18, 1995, the Defendant entered into a check contract with the original point of B Bank and the name of the Defendant, and traded household checks.

around January 2018, the Defendant issued one copy (E) of the household check (on May 26, 2018, 2018, at the office of “D’s operation,” which is located on the first floor of Kuyang-gu, Soyang-gu, Soyang-gu, the Defendant issued one copy (E) of the household check at the par value of 3 million won on May 26, 2018, and decided not to pay due to the shortage of deposits, even though the F Bank Finance Co., Ltd., a holder of the said check presented payment, around May 28, 2018. From the end of January 2018 to August 31, 2018, the Defendant issued 23 copies of the household check with the face value of 3 million won as shown in the attached Table of Crimes, and decided not to pay due to the lack of deposits and suspension of transactions.
