A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Brane car.

On April 26, 2019, the Defendant driven a free-to-land car on April 26, 2019, while driving the first line road in front of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, in the direction of D apartment house on the Mapo basin, and driving the first line road in front of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, without properly examining the front line and the left side and the left side, and without accurately operating the steering direction and the steering system, the lower part of the FNAS car owned by the victim E Co., Ltd., which was parked in the front section due to the occupational negligence, was concealed into the front part of the passenger car in front of the said free-to-low passenger car, and caused the latter parts of the HRara and the cargo vehicle owned by the victim, which was parked in the front section while keeping the said free-to-face.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, destroyed the above No. 4,315,910 won of the repair cost, and escaped without immediately stopping the said No. Raba and the cargo vehicle, without taking necessary measures, even though it damages the repair cost.

2. Around April 26, 2019, the Defendant driving the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of Mapo-gu Seoul to the front side of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J on April 3, 2019.

3. On April 26, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 03:00 of the Defendant’s house attached to the Gangseo-gu Seoul Gangseo-gu Seoul Family Council; (b) in the status where the Defendant’s license was revoked, in order to conceal the escape of the Defendant without a driver’s license and without taking necessary measures after driving a car; and (c) to request K to make a statement to the effect that he/she was driving the car for the franchise and having caused an accident by driving the car for the truck, thereby allowing K to make a false confession.

Therefore, K shall be a policeman at the Mapo Police Station L Team office located in 183 as Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul.
