A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall receive 320,000 won by fraud from B who is an applicant for compensation, and C who is an applicant for compensation.

Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Power】 On May 9, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on September 22, 2019.

【Criminal Facts】 Around November 7, 2019, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that the Defendant sold the annual membership right in the Internet LMC bulletin board at Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and that “The Defendant will send 252,680 won to the victim H who reported and contacted the 252,680 won to transfer the transfer of the KRW 252,680.”

However, in fact, the Defendant did not have an annual membership in the foregoing Ireland, so even if he received the payment from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to send it to the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 252,680 won under the above annual membership fee in N (Account NumberO) from the victim on the same day, and acquired the total sum of 5,255,680 won from the victims over 24 times from around that time to April 26, 2020 as shown in the attached Table [Crimes List] from around that time.

Around November 11, 2019, the Defendant posted a notice of “sale of annual membership rights in the Internet LM car page” on the Masan Kabro on the Kabro, M.K., and made a false statement that the Defendant would sell membership rights to the victim P who contacted with the notice.

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the above membership.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 260,000 won from the victim to the Q Bank Account (R) account under the name of the Defendant for payment, and acquired it by deceit.

around April 8, 2020, the Defendant posted a letter to the effect that “M sells any content position” on the Internet, which is a trading site of used goods, and that “M sells any content position,” and reported this to the victim S who contacted with it, KRW 350,000.”
