Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a singing practice room in Busan Northern-gu B and the first basement (C).

1. Notwithstanding the fact that a person who operates a singing practice room 2013 Highest 6282 is unable to sell alcoholic beverages, the Defendant, at around October 22, 2013, sold to two customers in the said singing practice room 50,000 won, two of the instant singing practice room 50,000 won.

2. Notwithstanding the fact that a person who operates a singing practice room 2014 high-scale 242 is unable to sell alcoholic beverages, the Defendant, around October 10, 2013, sold 10,000 won to four female guests who do not know their names at the said singing practice room 5 room around October 21, 2013, thereby violating the rules of practice of a singing practice room business operator by receiving 10,00 won from four female guests who do not know their names.

3. High-level 2014 1379

A. Notwithstanding the fact that a person operating a singing practice room is unable to sell alcoholic beverages, the Defendant sold 10 bottles to E, who is a male guest, around October 23, 2013, around 21:30 of the said singing practice room.

B. In spite of the fact that the operator of a singing practice room is unable to employ and arrange a contact loan, the Defendant received a demand from the above E at a temporary location, such as Paragraph (3), and arranged a contact loan by allowing Domini F to drink 25,00 won and drink with the above E.
