Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 11, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million from the Jeonju District Court, a fine of KRW 1.5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking), etc., and a summary order of KRW 3 million from September 18, 2007 due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting).

On February 16, 2017, the Defendant driven a motor bicycle under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.124% from the 2km section of approximately 2km, from the front side of the zyle of the zyle of the Sonsan-si, Jeonju-si to the frhumcing route of 61 in the Sonjin-gu, Jeonju-si, Jeonju-si.

As a result, the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving alcohol more than twice, and again, operated a motor bicycle under the influence of alcohol.
