The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The sentence imposed by the court below (two years of imprisonment) on the summary of the grounds for appeal is too unreasonable.

2. The Defendant: (a) led to the confession of each of the instant crimes; (b) there are favorable circumstances, such as the fact that the Defendant reflects the mistake; and (c) the health condition is not good; (b) on the other hand, each of the instant frauds committed the crime by deceiving KRW 145 million from many victims; and (c) the instant crime of extortion was committed by excessively showing the power of performing the two activities of H, thereby passing the amount equivalent to KRW 12 million; and (d) each of the instant crimes was committed with some of the victims (E).

One of the following facts: The defendant did not recover from damage; rather, the defendant requested time to reach an agreement with the victims to the investigative agency; the victims could have suffered considerable economic difficulties due to each of the fraud crimes of this case; the victims could have been detained in this case and subject to a disposition of 30 days for a violation of discipline; the defendant's recommended punishment for each of the crimes of this case according to the Supreme Court's sentencing guidelines for each of the crimes of this case [basic crime: 2 types of general fraud (at least 10 million won, less than 50 million won, increase in the aggregate - one step as a result of adding up). The defendant's recommendations for basic crimes (basic area): 8 months to 4 years; 130 million won of imprisonment with prison labor; 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for the general public; 4 years of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of this case; 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of this case; 4 years of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of this case; 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for all of this case;
