A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is currently under separate living as the victim B(n, 37 years of age) and the legal couple(n, 10 years of age), and is the father of the victimized party C(n, 10 years of age).

1. 상해 피고인은 2013. 7. 26. 23:50경 서울 구로구 D건물 E호에 있는 피고인의 집 거실에서, 술에 취한 상태로 피해자 B(당시 30세)에게 “너 전에 딸 꿀밤 때렸지, 너도 한번 맞아 봐라.”고 말하면서 주먹으로 피해자의 이마를 2회 때리고, 손바닥으로 피해자의 양쪽 뺨을 4회 때려 피해자의 얼굴 부위에 멍이 들게 하고 입술에 피가 나며 치아가 흔들리게 하는 등 피해자에게 약 14일간의 치료가 필요한 안면부 좌상 등을 가하였다.

2. An special injury:

A. At around 23:00 on June 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) carried the victim B (the age of 32 at that time) with a dangerous object on the ground that the victim B (the age of 32) had the horses, and carried the dangerous object on the part of the victim’s buckbucks (the height of 60cm) so that the victim’s body was cut up on the part of the victim’s buckbucks; and (b) continuously, the victim’s body was pushed up with a dangerous object while the victim’s body was pushed up (the height of 130cm) and the number of days of treatment cannot be known by carrying the dangerous object, such as tearing the victim’s left dust, etc.

B. At around 20:00 on December 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stated in the foregoing paragraph (1) on the ground that the victim B (at that time 36 years of age) was fluoring to his/her daughters; (b) placed the victim with plastic beer who was on the floor; (c) placed the cancas in the victim’s head; (d) placed the cancas in the victim’s head; (d) 2 glass cup, which is a dangerous object; (e) 70cm in length; (e) placed the passenger’s name, 40cm in length, 60cm in length, and f0cm in length, which is a dangerous object; and (e) laid down the victim’s vegetable stairs, which is a dangerous object.
