If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 16, 2020, the Defendant driven an E-Engine electric vehicle that is not covered by mandatory insurance without obtaining a motor device bicycle driver's license from around 16:02 on the front side of the Chungcheongnam-gun budget-gun to D, located in the Chungcheongnam-gun budget-gun, and without obtaining a motor device driver's license from around 500 meters in a section from around 500 meters to the front side of the D.
