Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 27, 2017, the Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information on October 30, 2017, which was sentenced to a fine of five million won for the crime of indecent act by force in the Daegu District Court and racing support, and the judgment became final and conclusive.

Where any personal information submitted is changed, a person subject to registration of personal information shall submit the reason and details of such change to the head of a police office having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days from the date

1. The Defendant who did not report the change of address on December 29, 2017, did not submit the said changed information to the head of the competent police office within 20 days without justifiable grounds, even though he/she changed his/her address to D houses E in Ulsan-si, Nam-gu, Ulsan-si.

2. On July 19, 2018, the Defendant who failed to report the change in the name of the vehicle did not submit the foregoing changed information to the head of a competent police office within 20 days without justifiable grounds, even though he/she transferred F G80 under the Defendant’s name to G.
