Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, each of the above penalties shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 15, 2017, around 18:20 on April 15, 2017, Defendants entered into the “E Mtsan store” located in Geum-gu Busan (victim F).

At that place, Defendant A placed in the aforesaid Mart display stand and 13 bits (on a market price of 15,300 won), and Defendant B placed in the aforesaid Mart display stand (on a market price of 15,300 won); Defendant B placed in the aforesaid Mart display stand (on a market price of 3,100 won); Defendant A placed in the relevant Mart display stand (on a market price of 3,100 won); Defendant A placed in the list of mbnbb-ros (on a market price of 6,700 won); one set of women’s horses (on a market price of 7,000 won); one set of mb-ends (on a market price of 1,350 won); and one set of mb-ri511 (on a market price of 2,100 won); respectively, Defendant A placed in a car sales room in which Defendant A was towing.

In addition, the Defendants led the above shopping cart, carried the car goods display box in the marina, carried the handbags in which Defendant A used to look at two parts of the handbags located in the display box, put them in the handbags where Defendant B had 13 parts of the above company and 13 parts of the remaining parts of the company, other than the handbags in the cags where Defendant B had the defendant A, respectively, and Defendant A was contained in the shopping cart.

The 1st place in the U.S. was originally brought to the display stand.

After all, the Defendants, by means of the above method, stolen the total amount of 35,550 won owned by the victim by inserting garments without calculating the items contained in the handbags of each person.
