Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a local public official belonging to the Korea Military Service, who is the head of the E Association (hereinafter referred to as the “E”).

The G Union (hereinafter referred to as the "G") shall not add the heavy value of the June 18, 2009, in the presence of 20 members of the G, including the chairperson H, around 11:15 on June 18, 2009.

Accordingly, on June 23, 2009, the Ministry of Public Administration and Security expressed a policy to take judicial and disciplinary measures against all relevant persons as it constitutes a collective act prohibited by the State Public Officials Act and the Local Public Officials Act, and the three public officials’ labor union members, etc. were held at the Public Officials’ Assembly and Security’s meeting on June 26, 2009, and they asserted that “the government’s labor union and union pressure was held at the Public Officials’ Assembly and the three public officials’ labor union were prohibited by the State Public Officials’ Act.”
