A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On December 17:57, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.147% on blood alcohol level, and it is difficult to drive the vehicle normally. However, the Defendant was negligent in neglecting bcoon to a tactical engine and driving the bcoon from the underground surface of the animal room to a private loan and bcoon from the animal room in the front city-gu landscape zone. On the other hand, the Defendant was under the influence of driving the bcoon of the victim C (n, 29 years old) (n, b9 years old) who was waiting at the front of the vehicle of the Defendant driving, and caused the said bcoon to drive the vehicle of the victim E (the 23 years old) who was stopped in front of the vehicle, and caused the bcoon to drive the vehicle of the victim E (the 23 years old) who was under the stop.

The Defendant suffered injury to the victim G (the 23 years old), who was a passenger of the above-mentioned car, due to occupational negligence, the above victim C, victim E, and the above-mentioned car, due to each two-day medical treatment.
