Punishment of the crime

On March 20, 2017, around 07:50, the Defendant driven a BM5 vehicle owned by the Defendant under the influence of alcohol content 0.120% from a section of approximately 1k alcohol content to the upper village of the same side of the village located in the same side from the front of the Jin Agricultural and Industrial Complex located in the Jinsung-si in the Jin Agricultural and Industrial Complex at Jinju City to the upper village of the same side of the same side.
