2. Fraud;

A. B. On June 2012, the Defendant made a false statement that “The Defendant would put an installment savings in the Suhyup-gu, Changwon-si, Masan-si, with the knowledge of the fact that the victim is paying an installment savings equivalent to KRW 6 million, the victim would put the installment savings in the Suwon-si, which is a high interest.”
