1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight years;

2. The defendant shall use the information and communications network for three years.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 04:00 on January 6, 200, the Defendant followed the victim D (n, 24 years of age) who was drunkly in the way near Suwon-si C, Suwon-si, the Defendant: (a) followed the victim D (n, 24 years of age); (b) was in possession of a deadly weapon; (c) was replaced by the victim’s neck; and (d) was replaced by the victim’s neck at the victim’s right side gate; (d) the victim was faced with the above excessive width; and (e) was towed by the victim’s alley course in his neighborhood; and (e) was led by the victim to the victim’s alley course in his neighborhood; and (e) “the victim was off her back and back, she shall be off the back and back, she shall be off the back, her panty; and (e) the victim was the victim’s chest and part of the victim’s chest; (e) the victim was the victim’s child in cash; and (ging KRW 2000 and the victim.

In addition, the Defendant set one’s own panty and panty, pushed the victim’s sexual organ, and called “I am soon if I want to die,” and caused the victim to enter the victim as soon as her sexual organ, followed by circumstances in the drafting of the victim, and she got off the victim’s cellular phone amounting to approximately KRW 700,000 from the victim.

In this respect, the defendant took the victim's property by assault or intimidation with a deadly weapon and committed an indecent act against the victim.

2. On June 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with approximately KRW 1.50,000,000,000 in cash, which was a part of another victim’s bank, located in the family of the victim F (V) in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; and (b) committed theft.
