We reverse the judgment of the court below.

The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for the crimes Nos. 1, 4, 5, and 6 in the judgment of the court, and crimes No. 2, 3, and 7 in the judgment of the court.

The Defendant, at a place where the name on August 16, 2013 is unknown, and under the title “the power of attorney,” “A,” Seoul, the 111-***, on behalf of his agent, the above person, for the confirmation of bank details, under the title “the power of attorney,” “I”.

On August 16, 2013, I confirm that the H (L) registration number P by the representative director of I Co., Ltd. was transferred to the above officer on August 20 to 21, 2013.

Under the phrase “SK Telecom Act”, the phrase “an act of integration, including the SK telecom” was additionally written.

Accordingly, the defendant modified a letter of delegation in the name of the representative director H, I corporation, the private document related to rights and obligations.

On August 16, 2013, the Defendant purchased 19 mobile phones in the name of the I Co., Ltd. and altered it to employees O who may know of the alteration.
