Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the duty of driving a rocketing taxi.

결국 피고인은 위와 같은 업무상 과실로 피해자 D에게 약 2주간의 치료가 필요한 좌측 어깨 및 위팔의 타박상 등을, 위 옵티마 택시 동승자인 피해자 F(여, 79세)에게 약 8주간의 치료가 필요한 흉추의 골절 등의상해를, 위 쏘나타 택시 승객인 피해자 G(여, 54세)에게 약 2주간의 치료가 필요한 무릎뼈 인대의 손상 등을, 같은 피해자 H(여, 20세)에게 약 2주간의 치료가 필요한 경추의 염좌 및 긴장의 상해를 각각 입게 하였다.
