Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 28, 2014, at around 00:14, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) went into a DNA set in which Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu B Victim C (the age of 25) had been working; (b) expressed the victim’s desire before the calculation stand, and expressed the victim’s desire to be “Choe gu” to the customer who entered the said marina, etc.; and (c) obstructed the victim’s business by avoiding disturbance for about 20 minutes until the police officer who received the report from the victim was dispatched.

2. At around 00:45 on the same day as the above Paragraph (1) above, the Defendant: “Around 00:45, the Defendant: (a) recommended F and G, a police officer belonging to the Incheon Bupyeong Police Station E District Unit of the Incheon Bupyeong Police Station, who was dispatched upon receiving a report by the said C, to return home; (b) expressed that he would have been able to return home; and (c) committed assault upon the victim’s head at his hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning crime prevention and investigation by police officers.
