Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On December 21, 2016, at around 01:35, the Defendant: (a) received a report from the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, 387 new e e, 107, on the front of the apartment site of 103 east, that “the substitute customer is a personnel infinite”; and (b) assaulted the Defendant, who was a police officer belonging to the Seo-gu Police Station C of the Incheon Seo-gu Police Station, who was locked on the Defendant’s vehicle, and was able to take a bath against the Defendant, who was locked on the Defendant’s vehicle, and kiddd against the said D twice.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers on the protection of the lives and bodies of the people.
