The defendant is a person who drives a Category II cargo vehicle owned by the company B.

On June 7, 2013, at around 00:15, the Defendant driven a 10-meter high-level cargo vehicle without a vehicle driver's license on the front of the lusheg-dong located in the Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si.
