All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

Examining the evidence adopted by the court of first instance maintained by the court below in light of the relevant legal principles, the court below’s determination that all of the facts charged against the Defendants is guilty is acceptable on the grounds as stated in its holding.

In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of misapprehending the legal principles on assault in the crime of violence, or contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Meanwhile, the Defendants’ act constitutes self-defense.

The argument that the Defendants did not recognize illegality does not constitute a legitimate ground for appeal, as the grounds for appeal, or that the court below did not consider the Defendants as the subject of an ex officio judgment, and it did not constitute a legitimate ground for appeal.

Furthermore, even if ex officio examination is conducted, there is no error as alleged in the judgment below.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
