For the reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court reversed the first instance judgment convicting the Defendant on the following grounds: (a) the fact that each private document was committed with respect to the transfer and acquisition certificate, the power of attorney, and the exercise of a falsified investigation document constitutes a case without proof of a crime;

The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the record, the lower court did not err in its judgment by exceeding the bounds of the principle of logic and experience and the principle of free evaluation of evidence, exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, misapprehending the legal doctrine of comprehensive delegation and omitting judgment on agreement between the parties

On the other hand, the prosecutor appealed the guilty portion of the judgment of the court below, but does not state the grounds for objection to this part in the petition of appeal and the appellate brief.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
