Punishment of the crime

On November 23, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in Seoul Western Site method, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 1, 2016.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who drives a B-learning passenger car.

On August 21, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without a driver's license on August 21, 2016, and proceeded along three lanes between the four lanes in the direction of the hill station in the direction of the Gangnam-gu, Seoul, the Haguero 25-ro.
