Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

. A juvenile game-related business entity shall not promote speculation by providing free gifts exceeding 5,000 won at the consumer’s selling price for all the game products used by the juvenile game-related business.

Nevertheless, from July 1, 2020 to July 6, 2020, the Defendant, from the above “B” to the above “B, puts the key to keep free gifts in the cler game machine to the unspecified number of customers. If the customer is selected from the key contained in the said cler game machine, the Defendant provided that: (a) the customer would be able to bring about an indoor cleric air clean-H-H707 free gifts worth KRW 200,00 in Germany, which exceeds the consumer sales price of KRW 5,00,000 in excess of the market price of KRW 5,000,000; and (b) LH-1301, helicopters/heir (105*35 *135.5 cm) and the market price of KRW 95,500 in indoor cleric air low cleric air-H707.

1. The reason for sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act is that the defendant who committed the instant crime even though he had the same criminal record, requires strict punishment.

However, given that the Defendant led to the instant crime and provided free gifts exceeding KRW 5,00,00, the actual purchase price of the Defendant appears to have been much lower than that of the consumer price, and as such, there were some favorable circumstances such as the Defendant’s age, sexual conduct, environment, family relationship, motive for the instant crime, and the means and consequence of the instant crime.
