A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall be liable to the applicant C for the damage KRW 260,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 23, 2017, the Defendant posted an article on the Internet portal site and then sold a camping hole boat to “scambling a camping hole” following the Internet portal site, and reported this article to the victim G who visited the victim G by “scambing the price.”
