A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

5,700,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On October 10, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on October 10, 2008; on April 16, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to four months in imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of damage to public goods, etc. at the port branch of the Daegu District Court on April 16, 2009 and completed the execution on June 20, 2010; and

1. On August 27, 201, at around 22:00, the Defendant put about approximately 0.03 g of psychotropic drugs in a single-use injection machine and dilution them into the left arms of the Defendant, and administered them by taking them into the Defendant’s left arms.

2. On September 1, 201, at around 21:00, the Defendant administered 0.03g of philophones at the places described in paragraph (1) in the same manner as that described in paragraph (1).

3. On September 17, 2010, the Defendant, around 17:00, posted approximately 0.15 gylphones to E on the roads of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and sold 200,000 won as the price.

4. On November 24, 2010, around 01:00, the Defendant saw about 15 grophones to H from 503 Gmoto in Busan Suwon-gu, and sold 4.5 million won as price from H.

5. The Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.7 g of philophones sold from H at the time and place described in paragraph 4, and purchased approximately KRW 300,00 in the name of price, from H.

6. On November 25, 2010, the Defendant purchased KRW 300,000,00 as the price, from H, about KRW 0.7g of philophones sold from H as described in paragraph (4), from 506 to 13:0 to 200 to 300,000,000, from among philophones sold from H as described in paragraph (4).

7. On November 26, 2010, at around 18:00, the Defendant issued to J approximately 0.1g of the penphones purchased from J as above at the place described in Paragraph 6 of this Article.

8. The Defendant, around November 27, 2010, as described in paragraph (4) from H, around 707, 200 to Lmotour 707 in the Geum-gu, Busan.
