1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B: (a) to the extent of the property inherited from the deceased C, KRW 115,528,415; and (b) to the extent of such property, KRW 26,596.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. C has received the following loans from the Korea Development Bank and the Net Mutual Savings and Finance Company, and Defendant A has jointly and severally guaranteed the obligations listed below 1:

(b) The loans that C has not repaid shall be as follows:

C. The above loan claims were finally transferred to Solomon Mutual Savings Banks through the Reorganization Financial Corporation, and Yangyang Mutual Savings Banks. At the time of each transfer, the notice of transfer was given to the debtor.
C Deceased on May 8, 2014, the Defendant A(C), Defendant B, E, and F(Childs) were the successors.
Defendant A, E, and F were accepted by filing a report to waive inheritance (the Gwangju Family Court 2014 Madern 515), and Defendant B was accepted by filing a qualified acceptance report.

The Solomon Savings Bank was declared bankrupt on April 30, 2013 by Seoul Central District Court 2013Hahap46, and the plaintiff was appointed as the bankruptcy trustee.

According to the above findings of the determination as to the cause of the claim, Defendant B, the assignee of the claim, and Defendant B, within the scope of the property inherited from the Deceased, with respect to the principal of KRW 115,528,415 and principal of KRW 26,596,952, and Defendant A, the principal of KRW 1.
