Basic Facts

The Plaintiff entered into a credit guarantee contract with A as listed below (hereinafter “each of the instant guarantee contracts”), and individually, the Plaintiff jointly and severally guaranteed the obligation owed by A under each of the instant guarantee contracts to the Plaintiff on the same day by the sequences Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4, and Co-Defendant B and C.

On April 18, 2012, 1,50,000,00 as a joint and several surety under the terms and conditions of the guarantee contract date, which are the joint and several surety, for the performance of the guaranteed obligation, the following are: (a) limit transaction B on April 17, 2013; (b) August 21, 2013; and (c) compensation for damages incurred before the exercise of the guaranteed obligation to the Plaintiff: (a) general transaction B on August 20, 2014; (b) general transaction B on April 15, 2015; (c) general transaction on April 15, 200; (d) general transaction on April 15, 2015; (e) general transaction on April 27, 2015; (e) general transaction on October 29, 2015; and (e) general transaction on June 16, 2016; and (e) general compensation for damages incurred by the Plaintiff.

3) A as security a credit guarantee instrument based on each of the instant guarantee contracts, E (hereinafter “E”).

(2) The loan received from each of the following marks (hereinafter “each of the instant loans”).
