All appeals filed by prosecutors and defendants are dismissed.

The gist of the grounds for appeal by the prosecutor is unfair because the punishment sentenced by the court below (eight months of imprisonment) is too unfluened, and the summary of the defendant's appeal is so unreasonable that the above punishment sentenced by the court below is too unreasonable.

However, in full view of all the sentencing conditions shown in the records and arguments of this case, it is not recognized that the court below's sentence imposed on the defendant for the reasons as stated in its holding is too weak or unreasonable.

Therefore, since all appeals filed by the prosecutor and the defendant are without merit, they are all dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.

(However, on the second page of the judgment of the court below, the "computer user fraud" is deemed to be a clerical error in the "3. Computer, etc. user fraud", and thus corrected).
