Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul District Court on March 25, 2003. On July 6, 2010, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced two years to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Seoul Western District Court on July 6, 201, and on November 16, 2016, the Seoul Southern Southern District Court sentenced two years and six months to imprisonment with prison labor for night residence intrusion larceny, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence on January 10, 2019.
