Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 2016, the Defendant: (a) arranged the resale of the apartment unit in front of the “B Apartment Model House of Apartment”, which is located in Gyeonggi-si, Namyang-si; (b) received a request for resale from E, the winner of the apartment unit sales right, to sell the apartment unit; and (c) provided the F with the right to sell the apartment unit, and (d) held the right to sell the apartment unit, G, the winner of the right to sell the apartment unit.

After receiving a request from H for the resale of the apartment purchase right, I arrange the resale of the sale right so that I can resell the apartment purchase right with a premium of 6 million won, and after receiving a request for resale from K which is delegated by J, the winner of the above apartment purchase right, the resale of the sale right to receive a premium of 23 million won from L to receive a premium of 23 million won.

2. A person who intends to engage in brokerage business for the violation of the authorized brokerage business shall be determined by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
