Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On June 14, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for computer use fraud, etc. at the Suwon District Court on February 18, 2019 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Sungsung Vocational Training Correctional Institution.

【Criminal Facts】

On February 25, 2019, at around 22:29, the Defendant stolen a white shopping bag containing the victim’s right of north 1,000, the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 40,000,00,000, in front of the C ticket in Suwon-si B, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and around 7, 2019.

In addition, the Defendant, from that time until May 19, 2019, stolen the property amounting to KRW 1,160,200, which is the total market value of the victims, on three occasions, as shown in the list of crimes (attached Form 1).

Around 12:00-13:00 on March 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) obtained one nHF credit card lost by the victim E; (b) one 1 Kakao credit card; and (c) one 15,000 won at the market price in which one resident registration certificate is included; and (d) did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and (e) did not take necessary procedures.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. At around 09:00 to 15:50 on March 31, 2019, the Defendant: (a) obtained the victim G’s possession cream card 2, 1, Samsung Card 1, and 200,000,000,000,000 won at the market price, including one resident registration certificate; and (b) did not take necessary procedures such as returning it to the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant deserts from the possession of the victim.
