Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 28, 2012, at around 11:20, the Defendant: (a) accessed the Defendant, who was under the order of 112 notification that he was under the influence of alcohol, and the slope D belonging to the Gangseo Police Station C District of the Gangseo Police Station called “the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol” and said D was under the influence of alcohol, and thus, the Defendant interfered with the police officer’s performance of official duties, such as assaulting D’s flaps and trees by breaking them.
